Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy
RETURN POLCY
We at ZIVA strive to provide you with what you deserve- ‘the best quality products’. We try our best to have a very strict quality gate through which no defects may pass. Unfortunately, under extremely rare circumstances, a manufacturing defect may be overlooked.
Please read our Disclaimer carefully before placing an order/returning an order.
Every purchase is made purely out of the buyer's interest so returns based on dislike is not appreciated by us as all our products are handcrafted.
When can you return a product?
- When the product received has a manufacturing defect (hole, tear or grease stains that are not removable), you can return to us as per our return policies.
What is the procedure for returning a product?
- A return request has to be placed within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- In case of international shipments, return/refund/exchange is not applicable for other than damaged products, and the concern has to be reported within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- Once we receive the request, we shall get in touch with you regarding the details of the return request and the process forward.
- The client must share the complete opening video of the packet once approaching for damage returns.
- The product has to be shipped to us and the shipment care has to be taken care by the client. All the charges included in the shipping are borne by the client.
- Once we receive the product in our warehouse, it shall be put under quality testing.
- If the product qualifies required parameters, we shall send across another mail confirming the return and assuring the refund.
- You are expected to receive the refunded amount within 5-7 business days.
What are the quality parameters?
There are certain circumstances under which we would not accept a return after receiving the product in our warehouse for quality testing. The following are the conditions that have to be met for validating a return:
- The product must be unused
- It must not have any stain, sweat or body odour on it
- It must not be torn or damaged
- The price tags and/or paper tags should be unaltered
- The packaging and folding should be intact
- The product must not be washed or dry cleaned
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING A SALE PERIOD ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR RETURN/REFUND.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, if you would like to cancel an order, you must do so before 24 hours/shipping whichever is earlier. If you cancel your order before the mentioned time, your entire amount will be refunded back to you. Once your order is shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.
REFUND POLICY
After successful validation of a return/cancellation request, the refund will be initiated. For the prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the same mode of payment used to place the order. Please note the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer only. In case COD orders, our team will get in touch with you regarding the details of your bank account for a Net Transfer. COD charges paid (if any) at the time of the order will not be refunded. We assure you that your bank account information will remain private and confidential. A refund may take up to 5-7 working days.
